Role Description:
The Product Marketing Manager (“PMM”) will lead the development of product innovation and retail strategy for the Anchor Hocking brand’s core growth categories.  The PMM will lead category and consumer understanding for the categories and will leverage that knowledge to prioritize, develop, and commercialize a sufficient pipeline of innovation to deliver Anchor Hocking’s topline growth goals.  They will also intimately understand the product design and manufacturing processes as a key point of difference in order to strategically sell the product portfolio to retailers and consumers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Development of multi-year, product innovation pipeline which delivers the brand/Company’s topline sales and share growth objectives
  • Manage execution of private label manufacturing opportunities to strategically maximize production capacity and cost
  • Lead the analysis of the market and consumer understanding program to inform innovation priorities and retailer selling strategies
  • Partner with Sales to directly engage with strategic retail Customers to build Anchor Hocking portfolio distribution and partnership
  • Manage and develop assistant product manager and marketing coordinator to build capability and maximize capacity/category breadth of Anchor Hocking team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience with manufacturing (especially glass manufacturing) and product development processes/cycles a plus
  • Experience with consumer research techniques and/or data analysis a plus
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Brand Management 
  • Must be able to lead and work with a diverse,  multi-functional team and guide them toward a common goal with a sense of urgency
