Role Description: Reporting to the Director of Sales - eCommerce, the eCommerce Account Manager will be responsible for growing The Oneida Group Retail and Foodservice Glass businesses through third party website expansion to support new and assigned digital accounts. Establish relationships at all levels within customer base, that lead to increased business wins and attainment of sales volume, revenue, margin and new product introduction goals. This position will work closely with multiple departments including legal, operations, marketing, and distribution. This role will serve as an eCommerce sales subject matter expert.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Has general understanding of selling to both Pure play and Omni-channel accounts
  • Develops and executes a tactical plan to support eCommerce account strategies
  • Ensure accounts and products have superior content
  • Drives digital marketing to support growth on each customer website.
  • Analyzes sales results and related metrics to evaluate strategies and tactics
  • Works cross-functionally to meet objectives.
  • Sales and Account Management
  • Meets or beats annual revenue plan
  • Identifies and engages new customers to drive incremental sales.  Identifies new product placement opportunities by understanding the digital implications of the competitive landscape;
  • Creates monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports in accordance with key performance indicators.
  • Budget and Forecast Management Responsible
  • Places and uploads content for new and existing products
  • Works closely with marketing to ensure the right product offering, pricing and promotional plan across existing and emerging customers
  • Works closely with brand management and product management to maintain a robust and comprehensive product road map for the channel


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in sales
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Superior analytical and project management skills
  • Experience with Amazon’s AMS, Google Adwords, or other digital media management 
  • Detail and results oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to build strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business
  • Ability to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing a consistently high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central is a plus
